Sport Orthotic

The primary purpose of sport orthotics is to optimize foot and lower limb alignment, enhance shock absorption, improve weight distribution, and minimize excessive motion or pronation (inward rolling) and supination (outward rolling) of the foot. They are specifically tailored to address the biomechanical demands and stresses encountered during sports and high-impact exercises. By doing so, they help to alleviate pain, prevent injuries, and enhance overall performance.

Sport orthotics are designed to fit inside athletic shoes, cleats, or sports-specific footwear. They have a slim profile to ensure a proper fit and prevent excessive bulkiness. They can be easily inserted and removed, allowing athletes to transfer them between different pairs of shoes. It's important to note that while sport orthotics can provide significant benefits, they are most effective when combined with proper footwear selection, conditioning exercises, and a comprehensive training regimen.
